When my order arrived, the box was a bit bent up, which had me worried at first. Thankfully, the item inside was totally fine and worked as expected. The packaging wasn’t great, but at least nothing was damaged.

I ordered this sometime in late May, or maybe it was early June, and it didn’t really match the listing. The color looked noticeably different from the photos, the material felt cheaper than I expected, and the sizing info was off. I bought it based on the pictures and description, but when it showed up it felt kind of misleading.

I was hoping this would work out, but the fabric felt rough as soon as I put it on. Maybe it was just bad timing because my skin was already feeling a little sensitive that day, but it definitely wasn’t the soft feel I expected.

I only wore it around for a few minutes before wanting to take it off. The material somehow felt thin but still scratchy, which made it even more annoying.

For the price, I really thought it would feel nicer. It just came across as kind of cheap to me, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

The refund wasn’t instant, but it came through about a week after they received the dress, which felt reasonable. I was a little anxious waiting for the update, so I do think communication could be faster, but overall it was a fine experience. Giving it 4 stars.

I reached out to customer service twice and still didn’t get a proper response. For me, a basic standard is being able to get help when there’s a simple issue, so this was frustrating

Overall, I’m happy with it. The fabric feels sturdy and it looks just like the photos, which was a relief. I did notice a tiny loose thread in the stitching, so I knocked off a star for that. I didn’t bother contacting customer service because I never really trust them to be helpful with small stuff like this, but it wasn’t a big enough issue to ruin it for me

I tried to exchange an item it turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. It felt like every clothing brand makes returns and exchanges confusing on purpose, because I kept asking for clear info and somehow ended up more confused each time.

The replies were slow, the answers didn’t really help, and I was still left not knowing what was actually going on with my exchange. For how much the clothes cost, I really expected the whole thing to be smoother. I don’t think I’d order again.

I’ll give them credit, the site is really nice to look at. The design is clean, the clothes are shown well, and the photos and colors actually make browsing enjoyable. But the slow-loading pages were a bit frustrating. Like, I’m just trying to look around, not sit there waiting for every page to catch up. Still, overall it’s a good site and easy enough to shop on...

I was bummed when this arrived. The photos made it look like a soft beige, which is exactly what I wanted, but in person it’s much darker and has this yellowish tone to it. It just didn’t match the pictures at all. If the site showed the actual color, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it.
